Hi All

I am Dba on windows NT/2000 system for 1 year. Now I ll be shifting to Linux system and that too may be on a live server. I would like to learn Shell programming. How do I learn it. Are there any good links or resource where I can learn from basics. And also how much time I would require to learn if I have to learn it thoroughly

Amol

Search on google! But for a beginning why don't
join www.informIT.com, and start with "Sams Teach Yourself Shell Programming in 24 Hours", it is
available under the "Free Library" section of the
site!
