I installed mandrake and when I wanted to install oracle (after I installed jdk) . I performed ./runInstaller and after the first installion screen I can't do anything else.If I choose next it doesn't happen anything.
I copied everything on my hard my it's the same.

I've tried SuSE and Redhat but not Mandrake. I've
found that Oracle8 always has problem with any linux
distribution that set something in the variable
"LANG" in the shell environment. This makes the
Installer crashes before we can do anything. So just
try to use "unset LANG" to clear this variable.
