When I run oemctrl start oms, I get the following
error:
Can not start oms.
possible error in configuration file.

I have installed oracle 9.0.1 on redhat 8.0
On a Pentium 2G with 512M RAM.

Hi,

Check your OMS log file for possible errors. This log file is located in $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/log.

BTW: It will be more appropriate to ask OEM questions on the OEM message board.

When i give the command oemctl start oms
I get the error : could not start oms connection timed out
Any one knows about it pls let me know.
