Dear Friends/Sirs

I'm using RHAS 2.1 (Redhat Advanced Server 2.1) with oracle 9i database.i suffered from the problem of memory usage riched to 100% and i think my database is properly managed b'coz when my database is down ,still memory usage grows up untill i totally shutdown the server and restart it.There may be any problem with OS or application server.I'm using both application server and oracle database on same machine. and linux kernel is 2.4.9-e.3
with top command of linux i find that cached memory constanly increase althoug there is no processes going on.and also let me know there any other linux command for checking memory usages.

So please suggest me any solution to tune my memory.

Hoping for the best and thanks in advance asusal.

Regards

Jimit
